Patrice Longchamps has over 20 years of experience as a leading technical recruitment professional. Having spent the majority of his career in the staffing and search industry, he is recognized as a subject matter expert as it relates to identifying and qualifying engineers, metallurgists, technical experts and other operations personnel within the manufacturing and heavy industrial sectors.
Rene Mandeville is a Professional Engineer with over forty years of experience working in the Industrial Gases sector. Having studied at École Polytechnique-Université de Montréal as well as École de Soudure Autogène in Paris, France, Rene has held a variety of positions at the Director, Vice President, and Partner level for numerous reputable organizations throughout Eastern Canada. Rene began his career working at Air Liquide Canada where he remained for approximately twenty-five years. Over the years, Rene was instrumental in developing and managing the sales and marketing departments for the Quebec and Manitoba regions as well as spearheading all innovative releases that were developed for the emerging industrial gas business.
